2004 CHRYSLER PT CRUISER
The 2004 PT Cruiser is a 4-door, 5-passenger sport-utility, available in 6 trims, ranging from the Base to the Dream Cruiser Series 3. The 2004 PT Cruiser's closest competitors include the Chevrolet TrailBlazer, the Jeep Liberty, and the Toyota Highlander.
Upon introduction, the Base is equipped with a standard 2.4-liter, I4, 150-horsepower engine that achieves 22-mpg in the city and 29-mpg on the highway. The Dream Cruiser Series 3 is equipped with a standard 2.4-liter, I4, 220-horsepower, turbo engine that achieves 21-mpg in the city and 27-mpg on the highway. A 5-speed manual transmission with overdrive is standard on both trims, and a 4-speed automatic transmission with overdrive is optional.

Available just in time for summer cruising, the new 2004 PT Dream Cruiser Series 3 includes a standard 220-horsepower High Output turbocharged engine, a limited-production Midnight Blue over Bright Silver paint scheme and two-tone interior to match, tinted blue glass, chrome accents throughout, unique badging and 17-inch chrome-plated Empire cast-aluminum wheels. Production will be limited to 1,300 units for North American markets. The U.S. Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) for the Chrysler PT Dream Cruiser Series 3 is $28,810.
